    • All videos delivered to our clients are non-refundable. This is because we cannot recuperate the costs incurred during the video creation process.

    Revision Policy:

    • Understanding the importance of your satisfaction, we offer two revisions for your video.

    • These revisions are available to you within 24 hours after your video has been delivered.
